Features

Magnetic rod sleeves are mainly used in conjunction with deep well plates on nucleic acid extraction instruments to perform nucleic acid extraction. During the extraction process, they protect the magnetic rods from contamination and extend their service life.

During the experiment, the up-and-down movement of the magnetic rod sleeves enables mixing, lysis, binding, washing, and elution of samples in the corresponding magnetic bead-based reagents. The coordinated movement between the magnetic rods and the magnetic rod sleeves allows for the transfer of magnetic beads and magnetic bead-target substance complexes. The separation of magnetic rods from the sleeves enables the release of magnetic beads and magnetic bead-target substance complexes.

Autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes without deformation.
